Huafa Commercial Center is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. It is a commercial real estate project developed and constructed by Zhuhai Huafa Industrial Co., Ltd., with a total commercial area of 180,000 ㎡ and a total investment of 2 billion yuan.  The main part of the project was designed by 10 DESIGN and Benoy, and it won the "Best Commercial Retail Project Best Award in Asia Pacific" and the "Best Commercial Retail Project of the Year (China) Best Award" by Property Guru.

Huafa merchants have integrated high-end boutique supermarkets, 3D giant screen theaters, trendy digital, luxuries, fashion clothing, high-end restaurants, skincare and body shaping SPA, children's world, wine cellar winery and other functions in one. From the overall design of the project, the architectural form is fliud and plentiful in layers. The architectural lines of the commercial building are planned with the dynamics of flying seagulls, which echoes with the peripheral waterfront landscape belt and integrates the building into the aesthetics of life.

Style Arts is responsible for the detailed design, production and supply of the GRC panel of the project, with a project area of about 15,000㎡ . The facade design of the building combines the elements and texture of seagull wings, with strong lines and flowing curves.

The exquisite, patchwork design of the exterior wall presents a variety of artistic effects such as arcs, waves, and circles, and finally creates the unique high-end, stylish and elegant temperament of the building.

At the same time, the building facade presents the inheritance and innovation of the Jinwan Lakeside culture, highlighting the building itself with the meaning of "water" and "mountain", and echoing the pleasant harmony between people and the nature.
